i found the staff helpful and friendly. the food variety was good, with many options. the pool was clean (very important!) and well-kept, i used it every day.
the room decor seemed a bit dated. the gym music was too loud sometimes (even though it's a nice gym).

the gym rocks!

the hotel rocks because they have a cool gym and even squash! i wanna thank reda the trainer for a great game, he is friendly. i am excited to come back soon! it, especially since i love playing squash and the gym setup is just amazing, i got to try new equipment!
sadly, the club sandwich at the pool was very average, but i am happy the staff was very understanding.

my room has everything you need for a cozy stay! the bed is super comfy, and the amenities include toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and shower gel. i could really relax and enjoy my nights here.

Staff are very nice and professional. I am impressed! when i lost my badge, they found it and brought it to my room. this shows how attentive and helpful they are, so you know you are in good hands.

The location is so convenient with two awesome malls nearby! i went to galleria mall. It is just a short taxi ride away. easy access to shopping makes the stay even better, i could grab anything i needed easily.

Okay, But Not Overly Impressed
warm acuncomfortable mattress
The AC seemed to have a mind of its own. It got a little too warm during the night, not exactly the cool oasis I was hoping for. the bed mattress wasn't what I would call super comfortable. It seemed to dip slightly in the middle. Maybe I'm just picky, or maybe I need a new chiropractor after this.

central locationnoisy air conditioning
the hotel location are central and good for getting around.
the air conditioning in my beautiful room sea view guest room 1 king balcony wasn't great. it made a lot of noise yet didn't really cool the room.
